We are the St. Charles County chapter of the Missouri Foster Care and Adoption Association (MFCAA). You can read more about our parent affiliate at www.MFCAA.net. The state level of our organization was created in 1972 and we became a chapter in 1987. For more information about our purpose please visit our by-laws tab. What started with three families and today we have over seventy families on our roster. We are a support group for foster and adoptive parents.
In St. Charles County there are fifty-two foster homes to serve an average of 210 children in care. Our group sponsors events through out the year that enable these children to participate in a variety of activities that would not be available to them otherwise.
